sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://archive.canonical.com/ $(lsb_release -sc) partner"

This command will enable ubuntu canonical repository.

Now update your repository with the below command:

sudo apt-get update 

And install Skype with this simple command : 

sudo apt-get install skype
